David Dunlop Observatory
The DDO is the site of the largest optical telescope in Canada. The Observatory is a research centre of the Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics at the University of Toronto and also carries out public education and teaching programs. One of North America's loveliest parks, High Park was at one time the privately owned "farm" out in the countryside of John George Howard, Toronto's first city architect. Old City Hall
Old City Hall sits in marked contrast to the New City Hall structure across Bay Street.
