Champlain Monument
This is a bronze monument to the first European explorer in this area and is located in Couchiching Beach Park

Ganaraska Trail
The Trail heads its beginning at Lake Ontario and runs north from Port Hope along the Ganaraska River is the Ganaraska Trail. Stretching 450 kilometres from Lake Ontario on the south to the Kawarthas on the north to Georgian Bay on the west and connects to the Bruce Trail at Glen Huron.
